This compilation of artworks sets out to capture the Peranakan impressions of the Joo Chiat and Katong enclave.

Rich pastel hues and ornate but tasteful patterns constitute the fundamental features of the iconic buildings there. In order to bring out these unique characteristics, special attention had been paid to creating layers with the use of colours, textures and line work.
